OWL is the technical advisor and developer of Wind Farm project under VSPP policy from the beginning of the project and target to COD by 2014.

OWL is acting as Technical Advisor and is also assisting in arranging financing for the following project.

          Napier Grass plantation for biomass boiler fuel supply
OWL is doing test plot plantation of Napier Grass and has plan to develop its in form of pellet fuel to supply for biomass boiler, power plant or alternative fuel market.
