OWL is Lender's Engineer to do due diligence report for Krung Thai Bank for the stage of financial close and do the monthly report for the stage of construction monitoring. The solar PV plant will be built in Minbu, Magway region of Myanmar. The construction is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2016. The project would entail an investment of $275 million.
